We're working on behalf of a well-respected and growing financial planning firm that's looking to expand its support team with a highly capable and organised IFA Administrator.

What you'll be doing:
1. Managing a range of administrative workflows across new and existing business, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
2. Maintaining and consolidating client data across platforms and systems – particularly using Intelligent Office (iO).
3. Carrying out compliance and due diligence checks on business submitted.
4. Working closely with advisers to create tailored proposals that respond to client concerns and objectives.
5. Acting as a confident point of contact for a wide range of clients, providers, and third parties.
6. Keeping the back office running smoothly by meeting deadlines and maintaining clear, consistent records.
7. Processing fund switches, rebalances, contributions, withdrawals, LOAs, and model portfolio creation across multiple platforms.
8. Generating valuations and reports, updating client portals, and ensuring every client touchpoint is accurate and professional.
