WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the face of our bar, you’ll bring creativity, energy, and precision to every drink you serve, crafting memorable moments with every pour. THE DUTIES Being the star of the show behind the bar, setting the standard for exceptional service and mixology mastery. Lead the bar team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Create and develop exciting, seasonal cocktail menus and drink lists. Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks to uphold standards. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Drive beverage sales through exceptional service and upselling. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and atmosphere within the bar. In the absence of the Restaurant & Bar Manager, conduct 2, 6, and 11-week probation review meetings for all new hires. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests. Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge. Strong Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is essential. Knowledge of licensing laws would be advantageous. In the absence of the Restaurant & Bar Manager, have the ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience. Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills. Experience in a five-star or luxury establishment. Have a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times.
