Complex Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Drivers Mate to join a 2-man crew delivering beverages and drinks to clients across the region. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, customer interaction, and working within a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting deliveries of drinks and beverages as part of a 2-man crew
* Handling 815 drops per day
* Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
* Conducting delivery checks and completing paperwork
* Ensuring load security and safe handling of goods
* Occasionally calling customers to update on delivery ETA
* Reporting issues or updates to the depot/office as needed

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Positive, professional attitude with strong team spirit
* Ability to manage face-to-face interactions and handle queries with professionalism
* Reliable and flexible, with a can-do attitude
* Able to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with early starts preferred
* Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing if required
