Responsible for the preparation and delivery of training on Instem products and services. Since in-depth knowledge is required, trainers are generally assigned to one or two major products alongside other smaller web apps and shared components. Training Consultants serve as Subject Matter Experts in the analysis, design and development of product training for assigned products and services according to the ADDIE model of instructional design. What to expect? Preparation of Training Plans according to client project needs Delivery of Standard Training content according to agreed plans both in-person and remotely Development and delivery of custom training in support of enhanced customer services General reporting tasks to support post-training Delivery of internal training to company staff in support of knowledge transfer and collaborative initiatives Combines communication and technical skills to collaborate with others on the development of training content aligned with business needs. Supports and executes internal projects for Education Services. Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently Skills You’ll Need Experience in delivering training on software products both remotely and in-person Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience in training content creation. Advantageous if the knowledgeable and familiarity with the ADDIE, Kirkpatrick and SAM models of instructional design. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and their application to tasks associated with proprietary software product training. Demonstrated experience working in environments that require strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to details, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
