What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our customer base and market share
* Champion our Net Zero Consultancy and integrated energy management solutions, positioning us as a trusted sustainability partner
* Deliver persuasive pitches of our innovative offerings - including the funded MY ZEERO platform and reverse auction technology - to senior decision-makers
* Build, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects through proactive outreach and relationship-driven engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored, commercially compelling strategies and proposals
* Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility
* Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, ensuring transparency across pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
* Report directly to the Sales Director, consistently driving toward ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth through Energy Management and sustainability solutions
* In-depth expertise in the UK energy supply, procurement, and regulatory landscape
* Consistently secure new business by delivering high-value, commercially sound proposals that maximise client ROI
* Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
* Dynamic communicator with persuasive presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with strong organisation and time-management abilities
* Experienced in both cold outreach and strategic, relationship-based selling
* Target-driven and growth-oriented, eager to expand responsibilities as the business scales
* Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
