We're Hiring: Care Worker

We support individuals facing challenges due to age, illness, disability, or other circumstances. If you're passionate about providing respectful, person-centred care and want a rewarding career with room to grow, we would love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Personal Care
* Support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet
* Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc
* Use of mobility aids when required
Health & Medication Support
* Assist with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed
* Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
Emotional & Social Support
* Offer companionship
* Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones
* Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing
Domestic Assistance
* Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Communication & Documentation
* Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
* Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members
Personal Advocacy
* Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care
