What you'll do

As a Senior Client Manager at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and achieving annual client revenue targets through our range of insights and marketing solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses from both sales and marketing perspectives, serving as the key contact and establishing effective communication strategies. Leading the annual planning process, you will drive ways of working at both tactical and strategic levels. You will also manage and support the team in delivering client marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Insights commercial team to leverage opportunities. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed performance updates, managing direct reports, ensuring financial profitability, and staying up to date with industry trends and competitive threats. With your high energy, proactive attitude, and excellent project management skills, you will contribute to driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships with Argos in the retail sector.


Who you are

As a Senior Client Manager at Nectar360, you are a highly experienced professional with a strong background in client services or media sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. With your extensive knowledge and expertise, you confidently manage client relationships, driving annual revenue targets through our range of insights and marketing solutions. Your exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to develop deep knowledge of clients’ businesses, leading the development of key client strategies and effectively driving annual planning processes. As a proactive and self‑motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, you inspire and manage a team to deliver successful client marketing campaigns and leverage insights opportunities. Your commitment to remaining up‑to‑date on industry trends and seeking out new growth opportunities positions you as a valuable asset in an innovative and energetic environment.


Essential Criteria

* Strong background in client services or media sales, ideally within retail or FMCG.
* Proven experience managing and growing client relationships, including delivering against annual revenue targets.
* Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead annual planning processes and key client strategies.
* Ability to lead and manage a team, supporting delivery of marketing campaigns and leveraging insights to drive growth.
* High energy, proactive and self‑motivated mindset, staying up to date on industry trends and using them to identify new opportunities.
