You’ll: Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times. Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally. Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage. Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines. Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age Eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required) Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred 2–3 years of restaurant experience required. 3-5 years of restaurant leadership required. Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/operations) strongly preferred. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor compliance. Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a restaurant environment. Physical Requirements Working in a fast-casual restaurant environment requires: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift) Ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds Comfort working in a hot kitchen environment with fryers, ovens, and grills Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume shifts Manual dexterity to handle cooking tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment Tolerance for moderate noise levels and frequent interaction with guests and staff Ready to Lead the Flock?
