We are collaborating with a prominent commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland to find a talented Service Advisor who will enhance their customer service team in Ballyclare. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, delivering excellent service. Manage service schedules and send timely reminders to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records. Coordinate efficient PSV appointments. Generate and distribute job cards, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing. Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to build strong relationships. Create and promote maintenance contracts to clients. Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure smooth task planning and profitability. Notify clients of additional services and provide detailed quotes for approval. Explain completed work to clients and arrange vehicle collection or delivery. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a service role within the motor trade. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Strong time management and organisational skills. A valid full UK driving license is required.
