Senior Portfolio Manager Clifton, Bristol Basic salary of £28,000, depending on experience Realistic OTE of £34,000, made up of Pooled commission, based on team success with Individual performance-related incentives, including potential for landlord growth and retention rewards Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm No weekends, except during the student changeover period, where occasional weekend support may be needed with prior notice. We’re looking for a driven, experienced property professional to join our award-winning and high performing Property Management team in Clifton as a Senior Portfolio Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering first-class service, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a flair for managing people and property. You'll take the lead in ensuring a portfolio of managed properties is fully compliant, well-maintained, and delivering value to our landlords and tenants. Experience in property management is essential—student lettings experience is beneficial but not required.
