QHSE Station Advisor
Location: Bristol, this role will require Regional Travel
Reporting to: Regional QHSE Manager
The QHSE Station Support Advisor is a key leader to drive the Zero incident and a Zero waste culture within the region, including assurance that operational QHSE delivery is in accordance with the industry’s and Swissport’s global quality, safety & environment management systems and standards.
Responsibilities
1. Serve as primary QHSE contact for station teams
2. Embed QHSE practices across operations
3. Deliver performance reports and maintain risk register
4. Lead cultural change initiatives
5. Conduct audits and support incident investigations
6. Promote knowledge sharing and global collaboration
7. Develop station QHSE team
8. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
9. Align station practices with global QHSE strategy
10. Support strategic planning and action delivery
11. Implement QHSE Management System
12. Ensure ISO/OHSAS compliance and certification readiness

Qualifications
17. Strong knowledge of UK and industry-specific QHSE regulations
18. Proven experience with QHSE systems and behavioural safety programmes
19. Certified ISO/OHSAS auditor (preferred)
20. NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) and General Certificate (minimum)
21. IOSH membership required
22. Skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
23. Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
24. Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster a safety-first culture
25. High integrity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
26. Willingness to travel extensively
