Smart Hire is National Worlds in-house recruitment service. We provide a range of recruitment solutions to companies throughout the UK at a fixed fee cost. Smart Hire allows our customers to harness the power of National World, the UK’s fastest growing regional publisher for your recruitment needs.
We are currently looking for a motivated, inquisitive and confident Outbound Recruitment Resourcer to join our existing team. The successful candidate will service and successfully deliver clients’ requirements for their recruitment campaigns, as well as growing those accounts.
Core Responsibilities:

* Account management for Smart Hire & Agency services
Creating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaigns
Candidate attraction through advertising and proactive sourcing
Utilising databases to match candidates to specific roles
Day to day liaising with clients who have purchased the service
Shortlisting relevant candidates for a variety of roles
Relationship building with clients to ensure repeat business
Up-selling additional services
Proactively seek new business opportunities through new and lapsed customers
Support a culture where the focus is on delivering satisfying customer experience which builds long term profitable relationships through regular communications with both current and lapsed customers.
Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their vacancy performance and meet sales objectives
Outbound activity
Required to work to outbound key performance indicators & targets
Critical Knowledge & Experience:

* Administration experience, utilising systems
Ability to build and nurture relationships
Strong communication skills
Strong team player, engaging, confident and flexible in approach, with a passion for quality
Self-motivated and self-managed
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Hybrid working - Three days based in our Sheffield office, two days working from home.
