They do things differently here and seamlessly blend the traditional values of legal practice with innovation and a forward-thinking approach.What you’ll be doing:You’ll play a key role supporting the Real Estate lawyers with a wide range of commercial property matters. Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be involved with:
* Providing high-quality legal and administrative support to the commercial property team, assisting with transactions, lease work, and client communications to ensure the smooth running of commercial property matters.
* Handling a variety of general commercial property work, including supporting transactions and managing files.
* Supporting the team with commercial, practical, and financially minded legal advice.
* Getting involved in negotiations, liaising with clients, and managing deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working within a commercial property legal setting, either as a Paralegal or in a similar support role.
* Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, leases, and ideally some exposure to real estate finance.
* Organised and proactive with excellent communication skills and a flair for detail.
* Commercial awareness and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
* A team player with the drive to develop your career; we’re looking for someone ambitious and committed.
