The successful candidate will play a key part in our highly regarded Commercial Property team, working alongside partners in the industry who will provide both the support and autonomy to develop your career.
The team handles a broad and engaging range of commercial property work, specialising in complex and high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. A broad range of commercial property work including:-
2. landlord and tenant;
3. acquisitions and disposals – conditional contracts, options agreements, overage agreements;
4. secured lending; and
5. easements;
6. Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the firm’s commercial property department.
The Successful Candidate
7. Minimum 3 year PQE – applications from solicitors with more experience are also desired.
8. Tech-savvy, adaptable and eager to develop expertise in commercial property
9. Excellent organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of client communication.
10. Ambitious and forward thinking with a passion for commercial property work.
