Their brands and products can be found in nearly 90 markets around the globe and continue to go from strength to strength.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B National Account Manager to be part of their dynamic team due to strong growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with many beauty brands and skin care brands and an amazing growing team. The role will be working with the multiple high street retailers such as SUPERDRUG, MORRISONS, ASDA, TESCO, and many more

You will have full accountability to set, develop and lead the strategy for growing the business within the multiple high street retailers (Cosmetics and Personal care). You will work with the Head of sales, Product and Marketing teams to develop and grow these key business areas. You will constantly look for new ways of working to strengthen relationships and brand presence within these customers and develop multifaceted to encompass instore..
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Developing B2B high street retail accounts in the UK such as TESCO, SUPERDRUG, ASDA, MORRISONS, and many more
Develop meaningful business relationships that deliver on internal KPIs and also the customer needs.
Full P&L responsibility from delivering sales at the top line to managing investment throughout the P&L.
Create and deliver a cosmetics and personal care business plan encompassing instore and dot.com platforms to drive both sales and profitability in these accounts.
Utilise comprehensive data and business analytics to formulate commercial strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for both Sell in and Sell out growth across both Cosmetics and Personal Care
Manage the promotional platforms for each business sector and review performance against them to ensure return on investment.
Ensure precision in both commercial reporting and forecasting.
Devise ways of working, strategies and processes that will support this.
Create regular business updates on how the accounts are tracking and any new developments / risks and opportunities.
Identify any gaps in and propose solutions of how to improve and take advantage of opportunities -
THE CANDIDATE
Proven sales experience as a B2B / WHOLESALE National Account Manager for a suppliers/ brand in retail preferably with national high street beauty retailers/ fashion and have worked with likes of TESCO, ASDA, MORRISONS, SUPERDRUG and many more discount stores
A great relationship builder.
Proficient in P&L and budget management.
Advanced customer management skills, including effective communication and presentation skills.
Bold, passionate and driven to succeed with the ability to combine strategic direction and commercial acumen.
A self starter who can find their own path and can learn quickly to pick up complex situations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with meticulous organisation and planning.
