The Role: What Youll Do
Own and lead the entire food operation
Complete Fresh Food Operation
Inspire, develop, and work side-by-side with your kitchen team
Deliver consistent quality through fresh, well-sourced ingredients
Maintain top-notch kitchen standards and compliance
Take responsibility for managing costs, stock, and suppliers
Partner with the General Manager to plan events and future food strategy
