Requirements:
* Expertise in troubleshooting Office applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange, and the entire Office suite.
* Experience with hardware issues, particularly Surface Pro devices.
* Knowledge of Citrix Workspace and SharePoint.
* Experience with Surface Pro and docking stations.
