Juice Recruitment is partnering with a top accountancy firm based in Bristol, seeking an ACCA/ACA qualified Client Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients, working closely with client partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Day To Day:
* Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support the Accounts Team, delegating tasks and expanding team skillsets.
* Project Oversight: Oversee client portfolios and ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
* Client Consultancy: Provide advice on business improvements, identify additional service opportunities, and manage client meetings.
* Training & Development: Offer training to both clients and staff on systems and bookkeeping.
* Process Management: Ensure workflows and deadlines are managed and maintained, keeping records up to date.
* Ad-hoc Support: Assist the Directors with any special client requests or queries.
We Would Love To See:
* ACCA/ACA qualified with experience in a similar role.
* Confident in managing client portfolios ranging in size and value.
* Relationship Builder: You are proactive in managing existing client relationships and have a talent for developing new ones.
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.
* Organised: Able to plan and organise workloads effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
