What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing and motivating the branch sales team to achieve performance targets
* Driving new business and securing instructions
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring profitability
* Building brand presence within the local market
* Delivering exceptional customer service and client care
* Coaching and developing team members
* Ensuring sales pipeline is well-managed and conversions are maximised
* Maintaining a professional and positive branch environment
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in residential estate agency (Branch Manager level essential)
* Strong team leadership and sales management abilities
* Track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Organised, target-driven, and commercially minded
* Passion for property and commitment to customer service
* Well-presented, confident, and articulate
* Full UK driving licence and own car required
