Your new role

4. 24, 48 and 72-hour shifts
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes andmunities. You’ll assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, attending appointments, and engaging in social and leisure activities. You’ll help people build positive relationships and be active members of their localmunity. The role requires flexibility across a 7-day rota.

10. No previous experience required – full training provided
