Within the Cash Services Transformation Management Office, the selected Specialist will support and enhance governance across all Cash Services change initiatives.
Responsibilities include project delivery support, management transparency, capital management, and release governance.
The individual will lead a small global team, supporting these activities and reporting to the head of the office.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee release planning coordination, including scope, benefits, and stakeholder sign-offs.
* Manage the Global Release Management Runbook to ensure zero production impacts.
* Support root cause analysis and remediation for defects and throughput issues.
* Engage stakeholders in the change process for informed decision-making.
* Coordinate Operational Readiness meetings and defect resolution.
* Host Go/No Go meetings with operations and technology leadership.
* Advance release governance, including scope expansion and best practices.
* Review project updates and report to executives.
* Prepare and coordinate with governance bodies and ensure compliance with standards.
* Oversee deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
* Coordinate with the Enterprise Change Management Office.
* Serve as the main point for change requests from stakeholders.
* Support capital management processes.
* Lead wider Cash Service Transformation initiatives.
Additional responsibilities:
* Manage performance and career development programs.
* Develop solutions for organizational change acceptance and adoption.
Candidate requirements include:
* Extensive technical and/or business expertise as a multi-disciplinary expert.
* Experience liaising with the business to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Proven leadership and strategic vision.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Knowledge of business strategy development.
* Relevant education or experience.
