Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in creating delicious coffee and providing excellent customer service in our bustling cafe.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist in stocking and replenishing cafe items as needed
* Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
* Proficiency in food preparation techniques
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Willingness to help other team members when needed
