We are looking for a friendly, genuine and hardworking individual who is passionate about what they do. This a role for an experienced Café General Manager looking for a platform to deliver exceptional attention to detail and provide expertise in promoting the Café with innovative ideas and further footfall.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house
* Maintain high catering standards.
* Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction
* Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
* Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation
* Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts
* Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house.
* Involvement in all catering recruitment.
* Dealing with customer enquiries.
* General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area.
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Previous experience managing a large team
* Previous experience working with in the hospitality industry
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
* Good personal appearance and hygiene.
