3. Manage client accounts, including reconciliations and payment allocations.
4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
5. Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account queries.
7. Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
8. Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Assist in the preparation of audit documentation as required.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payments & Reconciliation Assistant should have:
