We currently have opportunities for Registered Building Inspectors; at a minimum Class 2 Building Inspector Registration is mandatory for this role. Applicants must already be registered to this level.

Acivico Building Consultancy provides the Building Control service for Birmingham City Council and combines an ethical approach to compliance with standards with the commercial approach of a private company.

Responsibilities

• Diverse Challenges: work on a full spectrum of projects from intricate designs to large-scale developments, including retail spaces and commercial ventures.
• Collaboration: work with architects, engineers, and inspectors, sharing insights as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
• Growth through varied experiences: engage with different facets of the field and learn from both blueprint and construction site environments.
• Apply building control expertise to ensure compliance and support project delivery.
