Purpose of the Job As Warehousing and Logistics Manager, you will manage the delivery of end-to-end warehousing and logistics services with a particular focus on major clients with complex warehousing and logistics requirements and policies across different regions. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day operational planning and performance of global campaign warehousing and logistics services providing planning, risk mitigation a focus on sustainability and operational excellence. The role is critical to the operational delivery and strategic focus enabled through warehousing and logistics services to the business unlocking commercial value and efficiency for clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver freight, warehousing, and logistics services on time, in full, and within budget, continually improving global ways of working Partner with Regional Account Directors and clients to define logistics requirements, provide strategic guidance, and support budgeting and forecasting Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong 3PL performance, and effective campaign execution Lead 3PL relationship management, including onboarding, contract negotiation, training, and continuous improvement Manage cost, carbon, and inventory strategies, including annual forecasting and non‑working inventory reduction Support multiple client accounts, including complex stock transfers and major account transitions Mentor logistics personnel and guide internal teams and senior stakeholders on best practices and warehousing strategy Drive improvements to client-facing digital tools and platforms across the logistics function Knowledge, Skills Experience Experience within a logistics management role and expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices Experience in Global POSM logistics Experience in defining warehousing and logistics needs for ongoing call-off operations You will be organised, efficient, structured, focused and goal orientated You will be flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job You will be motivated, proactive, analytical and a proven problem-solver Experience of working to and achieving set deadlines in a fluid environment with the ability to prioritize, plan and adapt where necessary to deliver results Proven ability to lead multi-vendor logistics operations across multiple client accounts and markets Strong negotiation skills with experience in rate and scope discussions with 3PLs Skilled in delivering training and workshops to large and diverse audiences Strategic thinker with experience in cost forecasting and operational planning Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, with experience guiding cross-functional teams Experienced in driving digital process improvements and tool enhancements Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring high performance, clear communication, and alignment with operational goals Essential Criteria Experience within a logistics management role and expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices Experience in Global POSM logistics Experience in defining warehousing and logistics needs for ongoing call-off operations LI-EL1
