This role focuses on building strong relationships with external customers to understand their supply chain operations deeply. You will collaborate across internal departments and the wider supply chain to deliver exceptional operational service, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop an effective contact strategy. The goal? To make KP Snacks easy to do business with and the first-choice supplier for our customers.

As Customer Collaboration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers and internal teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with long-term goals, ensuring coordination across forecasting, ordering, and fulfillment.
* Operational Effectiveness: Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient, effective supply chain operations and high service levels.
* Joint Supply Chain Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives that foster innovation, improve service, and drive cost efficiencies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage a multi-contact strategy with stakeholders within customer organizations and KP Snacks, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

We’d love to hear from you if you demonstrate the following:
* Experience in FMCG or related sectors, with a background in Sales, Operational Planning, Demand, or Supply Chain Management
* Customer-facing expertise in Collaboration, Sales, or Marketing, with a service-minded approach and high attention to detail
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable with data and capable of delivering actionable insights
* Excellent communication and influencing skills for effective stakeholder engagement
* Drive for continuous improvement, resilience, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience as a plus
