Mid-Weight to Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality & Brand Rollout
We’re working with a well-established, design-led practice delivering fast-paced hospitality, commercial and brand rollout projects. They’re now looking for a talented Mid-Weight to Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team.
This role suits a confident designer who can take ownership of briefs from concept through to full drawing package delivery, while working collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design briefs from concept to full drawing pack delivery
* Produce feasibility studies, layouts, schematic designs and coordinated packages
* Adapt and evolve brand concepts across multiple sites
* Present concepts confidently in client-facing meetings
* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and internal teams
* Support and guide junior and freelance designers
What We’re Looking For:
* Mid-weight to Senior level within Hospitality Interior Design, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
* Strong understanding of spatial planning, MEP coordination & fit-out delivery
* Experience working on brand rollout programmes
* Advanced AutoCAD; Vectorworks beneficial
* Strong presentation skills (Adobe InDesign & Photoshop preferred)
* Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple projects

West Midlands – Hybrid working (3 days office minimum)
AutoCAD essential | Adobe Creative Suite | Vectorworks beneficial
