Culpepper Law Group is seeking a dependable and personable Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the first voice and face of the firm, ensuring every client and partner experiences professionalism, compassion, and care.
Ideal Candidate
 * Friendly, articulate, and client-focused with strong communication skills.
 * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, or CRM systems (experience with Clio is a plus).
 * Organized and able to multitask in a busy legal environment.
 * Interested in marketing, community engagement, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
 * Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
 * Send correspondence by email and USPS, and assist with file organization for personal injury and family law cases.
 * Maintain professional communication with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.
 * Assist with updating and maintaining client records in Clio.
 * Conduct client follow-ups and check-ins to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
 * Prepare weekly call and follow-up tracking reports to monitor firm responsiveness and client engagement.
 * Support community and brand initiatives such as firm events, mixers, and social media engagement.
 * Assist in nurturing referral partner relationships, including helping coordinate thank-you notes and partner spotlights.
Qualifications
 * Prior receptionist or legal office experience preferred.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 * Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Clio.
 * Team player with the ability to multitask in a busy legal setting.
Compensation
$30,500 - $32,000 yearly
