We are seeking to recruit three Team Managers, each responsible for leading work teams and associated work programmes with a strong emphasis on fostering a robust safety culture and enhancing the safety performance of their teams. These roles sit within our Customer & Operations Directorate and will support our 33kV (and below) Secondary Asset Replacement Programme at the following locations: East Depot (Dargan) North Depot (Ballymena) South Depot (Craigavon) The post holder will be expected to operate as part of a team and be able to effectively plan, prioritise and manage workloads to meet demanding deadlines. The successful candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to regard customer service as a top priority, and will require a high degree of self-motivation and work in a flexible manner.
