Registered Nurse Outpatients Band 5 £33,247 to £41,424 (pro rata) Plus £1,406 Distant Islands Allowance (pro rata) 14.80 Hours per Week Permanent Post We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatients team based at Western Isles Hospital. As part of the Outpatients team, you will be expected to help facilitate clinics for a wide variety of Specialities including Orthopaedics; General Surgery; Gynaecology; Urology; Oncology; Ophthalmology; Audiology; ENT; General Medicine; Respiratory; Dermatology; Rheumatology; We also offer facilities to support a wide range of remote consultations with specialities based at mainland hospitals. Applicants should be committed to providing a high standard of care and interact well within a multi-disciplinary team. Applicants should be able to work well under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified nurses to extend their knowledge and skills in many different specialties and gain experience in managing clinics in an outpatient setting. Successful candidates would be expected to complete training to assist with Ophthalmology clinics.
