Elvet Recruitment are seeking a Document Control Administrator to join a client based in the Teesside region.
The Document Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient management of documents and records within projects or organisational systems. The role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
You will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to manage document control processes, ensuring all records are traceable, accessible, and properly maintained.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the flow and tracking of documents within project or organisational systems.

Ensure documents are correctly stored, distributed, and maintained to high standards.
*
Review and verify documents before issue, following a “first time right” approach.
*
Work closely with document control and quality teams to support smooth operations.
*
Provide general administrative support to help the document control function run efficiently.
