Abatec are recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a Civil Engineering contractor on a permanent basis. Our client delivers major heavy civil engineering projects with values more than £200 million within heavy civil engineering and rail schemes.\n\nAs Bid Coordinator you will:\n\n * Drive success and achievement within the Pre-Construction team\n\n * Evaluate strategies and resources, enhancing the performance of the team.\n\n * Manage tender documentation\n\n * Complete PQQ’s\n\n * Track bid/tender releases\n\n * Regularly liaise with the senior management team.\n\n * Deliver proposals to deadlines\n\nOur client requires a Bid Coordinator with:\n\n * HND/Degree qualified (ideally)\n\n * 2 years’ experience in a bidding or similar environment\n\n * Experience of working within the Civil Engineering sector (preferred)\n\n * Excellent written/verbal communication skills\n\n * Strong administrations skills\n\nSalary/Benefits:\n\n * Up to £40,000 per annum\n\n * Company vehicle, car allowance\n\n * Holiday entitlement, pension scheme, sick pay etc.\n\nIf you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Serryn Stickley on (phone number removed).
