We run a fast-growing Workforce Management platform that handles complex scheduling, payroll logic, and employee data for businesses globally. As we scale, our data pipelines and internal workflows need to move faster than ever.
We’re looking for a Senior Automation Developer who can move past basic task-automation and help us engineer a flawless ecosystem of connected business systems and client onboarding flows.
The Mission
You’ll be joining a high-growth environment with a mandate to look at our internal operations, customer onboarding journeys, and platform integrations, and say: \"We can automate that.\"
* Ecosystem Engineering: Build resilient automation pipelines connecting our core software platform with major enterprise ERPs, payroll giants, and HR tech stacks.
* Onboarding at Scale: Design smart migration solutions that automate the ingestion and cleanup of massive client datasets, turning a week-long onboarding bottleneck into a friction-free process.
* Architecture Ownership: We aren't looking for a basic script-runner. You will define our automation best practices, error-handling frameworks, and code standards from scratch.
The Tech Stack & Mindset
* The Core Engines: Deep experience across Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
* The Developer DNA: You know how to interact with REST/SOAP APIs, navigate SQL databases, and ideally write scripts (Python, C#, or .NET) when standard UI tools hit their limit.
* The Mindset: You treat automation like software engineering. You build for edge cases, handle asynchronous data with ease, and despise flaky, brittle workflows.
