A well-established law firm in Carlisle is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Professional looking for a supportive environment, high-quality work and strong long-term career prospects.
The firm offers strong administrative support, enabling you to focus on delivering a smooth, efficient service to clients.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Fee Earner)
* Strong technical knowledge across all residential property matters
* Ability to manage files independently with confidence
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
