Competitive Salary – £28-30,000 DOE Commission on top adding an extra 2-3k to basic 20 days plus bank holidays Parking on site Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager: Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords. Conduct regular property inspections and arrange follow-up actions. Handle day-to-day tenant queries and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs, maintenance, and compliance checks. Ensure all properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. gas safety, EPC, deposit protection). Maintain accurate records and update property management systems/portals. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Support the lettings team with new tenant move-ins and checkouts. What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager: Previous Property Management experience is essential for this role within either a commercial or residential property setting, training will be given on areas not worked within Industry qualifications (a plus, but not required) Excellent organisation & attention to detail – You will thrive off keeping everything running smoothly!
