Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of infants.
* Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child\'s progress.
* Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
* Adhere to licensing regulations and the center\'s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent is required
* At least 3 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
* CPR and First Aid certification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
