SEND Teaching Assistant – 1:1 & Small Group Support (Leeds)

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We’re recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils across primary and secondary schools in Leeds.
Leader Education is working in partnership with inclusive mainstream and specialist SEND schools, offering rewarding full-time roles for individuals who want to make a genuine impact supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
The Role
This is a full-time, long-term position (Monday–Friday) where you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support
* Help pupils access learning and stay engaged
* Support behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
* Adapt activities to meet individual needs
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
You may support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), SEMH needs, or physical and sensory needs. Some roles may involve personal care.
