Primary Care Sheffield has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with leadership experience to join our organisation as a Support Manager at Darnall Primary Care Centre. This practice has been rated outstanding by CQC.
Responsibilities:
* Provide management support to the Operational Managers and direct reports to ensure staff are supported to perform their roles effectively, contributing to individual and team performance.
* Offer line management support and mentorship to staff working within Darnall Primary Care Centre.
* Work alongside managerial and clinical leads as a key member of the management team to ensure delivery of high standards of service.
* Maintain high standards in the administrative functions of the service provided to staff, service users, and stakeholders.
* Support service governance by producing performance management information and monitoring key performance areas.
* Coordinate clinical rotas and payroll submissions, manage holidays and absences, and ensure adequate cover.
* Perform organisational tasks, foster effective team working, and utilize strong communication skills.
Primary Care Sheffield (PCS) is a GP-led organisation with shareholders comprising 75 GP practices in Sheffield, serving over half a million patients. We represent general practice in the city and actively participate in the Accountable Care Partnership (ACP) and the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System (ICS).
