About the role
Vision for Education are extremely busy and recruiting supply teachers with immediate effect due to such a high demand from primary schools across Rugby and surrounding areas.
We hold first-port-of-call agreements with many of our partner schools, meaning schools come to us first for their supply needs. This gives our teachers priority access to work and the opportunity to open their network to new schools.
We currently have roles available for:
1. Day-to-day cover
2. Short-term placements
3. Long-term cover

Regular requests from schools you may not have worked with before
To be considered for the Teaching position, you will:
4. Hold valid QTS
5. Be willing to commit to a dedicated and welcoming team
6. Have strong knowledge of the curriculum and the ability to engage pupils continuously
7. Previous experience of working across the primary Key Stages – EYFS KS1 KS2
