We are currently recruiting for Resident Liaison Officers to join a contractor delivering long-term Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment works across social housing properties in North London and Enfield.
Projects include:
1. Internal Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments
2. Bathroom pod installations
3. Occupied social housing properties
4. Long-term frameworks with Southern Housing and Enfield Council
Key Responsibilities:
5. Acting as the main point of contact for residents
6. Booking appointments and managing access
7. Handling resident queries and complaints
8. Providing regular updates throughout the works
9. Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
10. Previous RLO experience within Kitchen & Bathroom works
11. Social housing / planned maintenance background
12. Strong communication and customer service skills
13. Must have own vehicle
