More detail about the role

The successful candidate will support qualified physiotherapy staff in providing a high-quality service including physiotherapy outpatients and exercise classes. You will also work with patients on a 1:1 basis, following a rehabilitation programme set by the physiotherapist.

Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct patient contact with both adult and secondary school age patients. The role will also include some administrative and housekeeping duties, so good organisational skills are key. You should be competent with basic computer skills, such as using electronic patient record systems and ordering equipment.

Experience in a related field or dealing with the public is advantageous. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility, adaptability, reliability, and punctuality are required.

Appropriate support and on-the-job training will be provided.

Working Pattern: hours per week (flexible).

Interview Date: To be confirmed.
