Administrator - Office Based Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This is an office-based position suited to someone who is confident with paperwork, spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records in a busy working environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 06:15 - 15:15
Friday: 06:15 - 11:15
Rate of Pay: £12.52 per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Accurately completing and maintaining daily logs
* Updating, managing and monitoring spreadsheets
* Requesting and coordinating stock from Unit 1
* Ensuring records are kept up to date and compliant
* Communicating with internal departments when required
* General administrative and office support duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous administration or office experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
* Clear communication skills and a professional manner
* A proactive and dependable approach to work
This role would suit someone who enjoys structured administrative tasks, takes pride in keeping systems organised, and can work independently within a small team environment.
