About the Role
* Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments.
* Supporting complex care needs including wound care, PEG feeding, stoma, tracheostomy and suctioning, bowel management, ventilation, brain and spinal injury and epilepsy.
* Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and building positive relationships.
* Following care plans and working as part of a supportive team.

* Male or female applicants.
* Kind, patient, and reliable.
* Passionate about helping others.
* Good communication skills.
