Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and manage the effective delivery of a wide range of technical projects
- Develop comprehensive plans covering scope, timelines, resource, costs, quality and risk
- Manage the wider PMO including the people and services assigned to your projects
- Prepare regular reports and updates both operational and financial for internal and external stakeholders
- Deal with escalations, problems or concerns maintaining a positive image at all times
- Attend or chair customer facing meetings
- Meet with other key internal stakeholders to identify improvements or deal with enquiries for example finance, procurement, logistics etc.
- Process any variations or changes to the project scope and work with estimating team to build suitable quotations
- Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety leadership to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout any activities carried out.
- Ensure adherence to policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Participate with the bid team as required to assist with effective pricing and service design for potential new opportunities
- Play a key role in promoting the brand and working with the sales team
- Ensuring quality, H&S and compliance standards are met in every instance
Skills and Requirements needed for this Project Manager role.
- Significant experience delivering projects and solutions into the Retail and Hospitality sectors
- Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or similar certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence and deal with difficult situations
- Analytical thinker, able to effectively plan and prepare, identify and define problems, innovate and develop workable solutions.
- Solid understanding of Networking, WiFi, cabling infrastructure, IT solutions
- Proficient across O365 and Project Management solutions (e.g. Project, Asana, Monday etc)
Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000 negotiable dependant on experience plus car allowance
