We’re looking for a Pre-School Leader to join a friendly, forward-thinking early years setting in Heaton. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire young minds, and make every day an adventure.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Creating a child-centred environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
2. Planning and delivering a creative, play-based curriculum that sparks imagination and early learning
3. Supporting all children, including those with SEND, to make meaningful progress
4. Working with a collaborative, caring team that believes in curiosity-led learning and big smiles
5. Building strong relationships with families and the local community
What We’re Looking For
6. A confident, qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above, or QTS preferred)
7. Someone with genuine warmth, energy, and creativity
8. A team leader who can motivate others and bring new ideas to life
9. Experience in supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
10. Most importantly, someone who believes in making learning joyful and inclusive
