Secret Dezire is seeking a creative and driven TikTok Brand Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone passionate about social media, live selling, and building an engaging online brand presence. Evening and weekend availability is required as needed to support live sessions, events, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with brand management and growth strategy on TikTok
* Create engaging short-form video content aligned with current trends
* Host and support daily livestreams, showcasing products and interacting with customers in real time
* Analyse platform performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and sales
* Manage general customer service enquiries across the platform
* Support stock control and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident on camera with strong communication skills
* Up-to-date with TikTok trends and platform features
* Creative, organised, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-selling environment
* Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
* Retail or customer service experience is preferred
