The Owners of this fantastic property is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with the management of the dining at an exceptional retreat in the heart of Pembrokeshire National Park. The restaurant and bar offers informal and relaxed dining and is extremely busy during the peak season. The menu is all about fresh, flavourful food made from locally sourced ingredients. From grilled meats and seafood to seasonal salads, hearty favourites, and plant-based options. There is also a dedicated children’s menu, making it easy for families to enjoy a meal together. The bar restaurant is open daily offering brunch, lunch afternoon teas and dinner and Sunday Lunches. The property needs a Sous Chef who is capable of running the operation when the Head Chef is off.
Requirements:
An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
