We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. Familiarity with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), and Purchase Ledger experience are preferred.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage as needed
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
* Support team members with clerical tasks as required
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £21,367.50-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
