Thanet Primary School requires a Senior EYFS Wraparound Care Assistant from November 2025 - part time and term time only (7.5hrs per week, approximately 7.15am to 8.45am but times may vary to the needs of the school)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to lead the team in the Breakfast Club at Thanet Primary School in Hull. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high quality, caring and stimulating environment.
Job Requirements
Working within the Breakfast Club Team to deliver wraparound care for children aged 3 - 11 years. To provide a caring, secure environment, through individual attention and group activities and to organise an appropriate range of leisure activities for the children attending each day.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience of working with children in a formal setting.
* Basic Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate prior to taking up the post.
* A proven ability to work on their own initiative with a good level of self-motivation.
* A good level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
* A good understanding of healthy eating and good dining habits.
* A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
* The ability to use relevant technology/equipment would be advantageous.
* An essential criteria for this role is that you must have a Level 3 ‘full and relevant’ qualification.
